Funds deposited into your Trenboo account are non-refundable. Once added, they cannot be withdrawn or reclaimed.
3. Refund Credit Policy
In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your Trenboo account balance, which can be used for future services. Refunds are not returned to your original payment method.

Approved refund credits are processed within 5–10 business days.
