1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • There was a verified error in order processing

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • You change your mind after the service has started

  • You fail to provide correct information for delivery

  • You violate any platform's terms causing service interruption

  • Funds deposited into your Trenboo account are non-refundable. Once added, they cannot be withdrawn or reclaimed.

3. Refund Credit Policy

In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your Trenboo account balance, which can be used for future services. Refunds are not returned to your original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Approved refund credits are processed within 5–10 business days.
